Yazzgrl Art & Indigenous Jewelry

The Yazzgrl Art & Designs of Venaya Yazzie, who is of Navajo and Hopi descent, is diverse in Indigenous cultural traditions and design, yet carries a modern flair using vibrant colors each painting. And, the contemporary Indigenous jewelry designs made by hand showcase ancient southwestern design and motifs in each earring, necklace and pendant piece.

Indi-Earrings – Venaya Yazzie

Yazzgrl Art & Designs is a local art entity that is perpetuated by life-long resident of the San Juan Valley, by Native American artist, poet, photographer and jewelry designer, Venaya Yazzie. Her art and jewelry allows for continual interaction and support of the Four Corners community as Yazzie also is a board member with the non-profit organization Northwest New Mexico Arts Council (NWNMAC).
