Southwestern casual luxury describes Sundance Bear Lodge facilities.
In the last threeyears, we have added an evacuated tube solar hot water system to the main house. We have thinned and trimmed many trees around the complex to add a fire mitigation zone. We have changed the house exterior with fire resistant cement siding. And in 2012, we have added geothermal heat / ac to the main house. Love it - that has saved us about 75% on our heating costs!
