The Red Willow Summer Farmer's Market features naturally grown produce from the rich soil of Taos Pueblo – Ryan Rose

The Red Willow Growers Co-op at Taos Pueblo support food sovereignty and regional food security by using high tech tool to achieve traditional goals. The Red Willow maintains year round greenhouses that are powered by renewable resources. The Red Willow provides educational opportunities for youth and is a learning center for local farmers as well a venue for Pueblo entrepreneurs.

The Red Willow Co-op supports a year long farmers market that is open to the public on Wednesdays from 10-6. All of the produce sold is grown at Taos Pueblo without pesticides, herbicides, or other chemicals.

Eco-Friendly Notes

The Taos valley was once "the breadbasket" of northern New Mexico. Believing that a return to an earth friendly stewardship will benefit all, the Red Willow Co-op seeks to enrich the local population with a sustainable, healthy food system.
