Discover a wealth of rare maps and lithographs, historic newspapers, drawings, sculpture, and pistols.
The TT Hagaman Southwest Collection is one-of-a-kind memorabilia from Old New Mexico featuring notables including Abraham Lincoln, Billy the Kid, Pat Garrett, and Elfego Baca.
A special highlight is the collected work of Gallup photographer William Thomas Mullarky (1897-1959) who recorded images of early 20th century Native American life in the Pueblos of Acoma, Zuni, Hopi and in the Navajo lands around them.
Sky City Cultural Center& Haak'u Museum
Discover the traditional Native American culture and living history of Acoma Pueblo in New Mexico. The Sky City Cultural Center is the gateway to our Pueblo and Museum exhibits. Take a guided tour of the ancient pueblo village atop a 367-foot sandstone bluff, shop at the Gaits’i Gift Shop for beautiful Native American jewelry and Acoma pottery, have lunch in the Y'aak’a Café, or join us for feast day celebrations and other annual public events.
HOURS OF OPERATION: Sunday through Saturday from 9am – 5pm. Tours begin at 9:30am and continue throughout the day. The final full tour of the day is conducted at 3:30pm. The Cafe hours of operation are 9am - 4:30pm. Acoma Pueblo observes traditional annual events, so hours of operation are subject to change.
