The Silver River Adobe Inn, Farmington's first Bed & Breakfast, is a perfect retreat for visitors to the Four Corners region. Surrounded by giant cottonwood trees and the riverside nature reserve, this luxuriously rustic B&B is located perfectly for bird and wildlife watching. The Inn overlooks the confluence of the San Juan and La Plata rivers, guests enjoy the sites and sounds of the rivers as well as the presence of eagles, racoons, deer, blue herons, beavers and coyotes.

Guests are immersed in New Mexico’s great architectural style in this traditional-style Northern New Mexico adobe home. Each guest room has a private entrance and bath, all open out to patios curtained by large cottonwoods. The rooms include the Guest House Room, Juniper Room, Cottonwood Room and the MacDonald Cottage.
The MacDonald Cottage is a seperate home located just across the highway overlooking the Inn. This all inclusive private abode, built in 1919, was originally designed as a southwest version of an Irish cottage. Today the Cottage in its original classic design includes all modern comforts. The MacDonald Cottage gardens surround guests as they view the San Juan Mountains and San Juan River.
